We aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Below are our shipping terms and conditions

1. Shipping Locations

  • WE WEAVE currently ships only within Australia.
  • For international orders, we may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@weweave.com.au with your request, and we will provide a custom quote.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days for metro areas, and up to 10 business days for regional areas.
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for metro areas.
  • Delivery times may vary due to seasonal demand, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping is free within Australia for all orders.
  • Express Shipping and custom delivery options may be available at checkout. Fees for these services will be calculated based on location and weight.

5. Order Tracking & Updates

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your order’s progress.
  • If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer service team at [your email].

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is delayed, please allow extra time before contacting us, as courier delays are sometimes unavoidable.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
  • The damaged rug
  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy.

7. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
  • Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
  • If you need to cancel an order, you must do so before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
